Effective Date

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Hariwant Naturals.

Our Commitment

At Hariwant Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product is packed and delivered in good condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products once delivered unless:

✅ The product received is damaged during transit.

✅ The wrong product has been delivered.

✅ The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Order cancelled before dispatch

Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Opened products

❌ Used products

❌ Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

❌ Change of mind after delivery

❌ Products purchased during special promotional offers unless damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
